As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be at the heart of keeping our beautiful hotel running smoothly. You will work closely with the Maintenance Team Leader and tackle daily challenges with a proactive and hands‑on approach to keep the hotel in top condition.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel
  • Resolve maintenance requests quickly to minimize disruption to guest experiences
  • Conduct routine inspections to keep everything safe, efficient, and compliant
  • Support larger projects and refurbishments as part of a dynamic team
  • Maintain tools and equipment to the highest standard

Qualifications

  • Practical maintenance skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently
  • A genuine passion for creating a positive guest experience
  • Experience in maintenance or a similar role is a bonus but not essential – we will support you in developing your skills
