Thistle Kensington Gardens is located near Queensway, within walking distance of Hyde Park and the West End of London. The hotel has recently been refurbished and has 175 bedrooms, including Executive rooms with fabulous views over the park, and three meeting rooms.

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interaction, serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables. You’ll have the opportunity to get to know your guests personally, taking the necessary steps to personalise their experiences and foster loyalty. A genuine passion for quality service is essential, and your attention to detail will help ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. In this role, you’ll also have the chance to enhance your skills through multiskilling, occasionally working across different departments. We believe this flexibility allows our team members to adapt and grow within the hotel, making a positive impact on both guests and colleagues.
