Thistle Marble Arch is seeking a Reception Switchboard Operator to manage the hotel switchboard, greet guests, and direct calls with a warm, professional touch. Opera experience is a plus, but clear communication and service focus matter most.

You will be the first point of contact, supporting smooth hotel operations. The Front of House team operates on a shift rota across five days out of seven, with an hourly rate of £13.50 plus commissions.
