A front‑line hospitality role based at the 4‑star Thistle Marble Arch, just off Oxford Street. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for delivering the highest levels of service, a desire to learn, work hard, and progress, and the ability to engage guests and the public with empathy, relationship‑building skills and a relaxed, natural personality. The role focuses on ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere while managing guest requests promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with a variety of requests, including directions, theatre tickets, luggage delivery and restaurant reservations.
- Act as the front‑line face of the hotel, creating memorable moments and ensuring guests rave about their experience.
- Support other front‑office duties and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced service environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Demonstrable desire to pursue a career in hospitality and a desire to contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Strong communication skills, comfort engaging with guests and the public.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small but dynamic team.
Compensation
- Hourly Salary: £13.50 per hour
- Contract: Flexible
- Payment: Paid monthly with access to earned salary before payday via Wage Stream.
