The Marble Arch Hotel, one of our 4-star properties from the “by Thistle” collection, is located just off Oxford Street and a short walk from the West End and Hyde Park. What you’ll be doing

As a Barista, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interaction, serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables. You’ll have the opportunity to get to know your guests personally, taking the necessary steps to personalize their experiences and foster loyalty. A genuine passion for quality service is essential, and your attention to detail will help ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. In this role, you’ll also have the chance to enhance your skills through multiskilling, occasionally working across different departments. We believe this flexibility allows our team members to adapt and grow within the hotel, making a positive impact on both guests and colleagues.
