The Kingsley by Thistle is a classic Edwardian hotel, near Covent Garden, Holborn and Oxford Street. The Kingsley has been awarded 4-star status and has 129 bedrooms and seven meeting rooms. The team is relatively small and close-knit in keeping with the property's combination of modern comforts and historic charm.

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Reception, Guest Relations, and the Nights team. Supporting the Front Office Manager, you’ll lead by example to deliver seamless guest experiences, handling daily challenges with confidence and care. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments to maintain exceptional standards of hospitality while mentoring and supporting your team to reach their full potential. Whether managing guest inquiries, resolving issues, or finding creative ways to exceed expectations, your dedication will leave a lasting positive impression.

  • Assisting the Front Office Manager in leading the team to deliver extraordinary guest service.
  • Supporting team development through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance.
