Located close to Longford, just off the Bath Road, Thistle Heathrow is an Airport hotel which delivers a warm welcome no matter how long or short the stay. It has 264 bedrooms and 14 meeting rooms, the largest one seating up to 700 people - meaning it is also an extremely popular local wedding venue. It is the only hotel that has direct access to Heathrow Terminal 5 by POD in just 5 minutes.
The Role: Are you a manager who puts your team and our guests at the heart of your business? Who really listens to and focuses on their needs? Can you support the Front Office team and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience? If you answered yes, then we want to hear from you. As Assistant Front Office Manager you will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a track record of delivering results through your people. You will support the Front Office Manager and help manage Reception, Guest Relations and Nights, and work closely with all other departments to ensure guests have a seamless experience. You will be passionate about delivering a world class guest experience and will be happy to take the lead in training and developing your team. You will also be driving sales, working to budgets and dealing with challenging guest issues, while coaching and mentoring your team.
