This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of stock and logistics operations, ensuring that stock records are accurate, up to date and aligned with physical stock across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of stock management systems and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Track and maintain logistics logs, including stock intake and stock transfers.
- Assist with the administration and organisation of regular stocktakes.
- Ensure physical stock levels are accurately reflected within the relevant systems.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock.
- Maintain accurate records relating to export containers, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and traceable.
- Maintain and update traceability records in line with company requirements.
- Ensure all stock and logistics documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the wider operations, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock movements are accurately recorded.
- Support the team with general stock and logistics administration as required.
- Maintain a high level of organisation across all records, systems and documentation.

Experience:
- Previous experience in stock control, logistics administration, warehousing, manufacturing or a similar environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- The most important qualities are organisation, accuracy, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will be given the training and support required to develop a strong understanding of our stock and logistics processes.
