Personal Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Company Directors and the Senior Management Team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Deal with correspondence and phone calls as directed.
• Arrange the CEO’s diary as and when required.
• Organise meetings and appointments, take accurate minutes of meetings and follow up on updates regarding any actions identified.
• Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation.
• Organise events and conferences.
• Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Manage databases and filing systems.
• Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
• Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Any other miscellaneous and ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills/Personal Attributes

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
• Professional approach and attitude.

Hours of Work

Hours of work will be from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
