The Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Company Directors and the Senior Management Team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Deal with correspondence and phone calls as directed.
- Arrange the CEO’s diary as and when required.
- Organise meetings and appointments, take accurate minutes of meetings and follow up on updates regarding any actions identified.
- Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organise events and conferences.
- Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage databases and filing systems.
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Any other miscellaneous and ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills/Personal Attributes
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
- Professional approach and attitude.
Hours of Work
Hours of work will be from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
