The NPD Process Assistant will work as part of a team who are focused on creating and developing new market ready products for current and new customers. To achieve this the post holder must have a sound knowledge of the Company’s current products. A key requirement will therefore be having a sound understanding of the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking care of the Daily Taste Panel & EOL evaluation.
- Assisting in the running and organising of factory trials.
- Packaging and sending samples of products to customers.
- Organising and completing cooking instructions for new & existing products.
- Organising and completing new product shelf-life for organoleptic.
- Sending samples for nutritional analysis.
- Maintaining all relevant paperwork.
- Liaising with and assisting the NPD Manager and Development Chef.
- Helping to keep the NPD kitchen and areas in the factory clean, tidy and well organized.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of working in a kitchen or in product development.
Hours of Work
- Hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
