We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Microsoft Dynamics Expert, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications, and driving improvements across various departments. This role requires deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics functionalities, strong technical and business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective ERP solutions.

  • ERP System Administration: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Microsoft Dynamics system, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets business needs. Provide troubleshooting support for Microsoft Dynamics users across various departments, addressing technical issues, resolving bugs, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between Microsoft Dynamics and other enterprise systems.
  • User Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide end-user training sessions. Offer ongoing user support to ensure effective usage of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Continuously evaluate business processes, suggest improvements, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.
  • Design and implement reporting solutions using Microsoft Dynamics’s built-in reporting tools and analytics, ensuring actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Project Management: Participate in Microsoft Dynamics upgrade projects, migrations, and implementation of new modules or functionalities. Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configuration, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or ERP systems are a plus.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
  • Proven experience with the customization, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics applications.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, including Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics modules.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics integrations to third-party applications.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics functionality and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics best practices and methodologies.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics’s user interface and design principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of specific Microsoft Dynamics modules or industry-specific features.
  • Project management experience, ideally in an ERP implementation or upgrade project.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 8. Competitive and depending on experience. ~ Pension. ~ 30 days annual leave including statutory holidays. No agencies.
