We supply outstanding products at every price point to leading retail and food service customers within the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. Our Head Office is based in Peterhead in the North-East of Scotland, and our second site based in Uddingston in the outskirts of Glasgow.

The Graduate Account Manager will work as part of a team who are focused on maintaining the relationship and increasing sales with current own brand label customers and securing contracts with new customers. The Graduate Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Commercial Director and National Account Managers with the administration and management of our current own brand label customers.
- Managing sales to customers as designated by the Commercial Director and the other Company Directors.
- Completing administrative duties as directed by the National Account Managers and Commercial Director.
- Identify any issues with regards to sales and highlight them to the appropriate member of the team.
- Proactively contacting customers to maintain a high level of service, whilst identifying and exploiting opportunities for profitable growth.
- Maintaining current sales contacts.
- Generating sales to existing customers.
- Developing and implementing key sales, promotional strategies and joint business plans with customers.
- Building strong relationships with retail buying teams.
- Contributing to the overall commercial strategy and growth of the business.
- Monitoring stocks and sales data.
- Supporting and actively promoting brand integrity and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by ensuring there is engagement and communication between teams, customers and suppliers that continually drives improvement.
An interest in the food industry is essential. Previous experience of working within the food industry would be advantageous. Previous sales or commercial experience is not essential as training will be provided.
