- Respondtocustomerqueriesandensureinformationiscommunicatedpromptlytotherelevantinternalteams.
- Maintaincustomerlistsandupdatesystemswhenchangesareagreed.
- Assistwithnewcustomerandproductset-ups.
- Maintainregularcommunicationwithinternationalcustomersanddistributors.
- Assistwithpreparingsalesreports,forecastsandcustomerinformation.
- Maintainaccuratesalesandcustomerdatawithininternalsystems.
- Supportthepreparationofcustomerpresentationsandcommercialinformation.
- Assistwithproductsamples,specificationsandothercustomerrequirements.
- BuildeffectiveworkingrelationshipswithCommercial,Planning,Production,Technical,FinanceandLogistics.
- Communicatecustomerrequirementsclearlytorelevantinternaldepartments.
- Attendrelevantmeetingsandprovideupdatesoncustomerordersandprojects.
- Followupoutstandingactionstoensuredeadlinesaremet.
- Escalateanypotentialissuesaffectingcustomerserviceordelivery.
