Thistle Rose Recruitment is growing and we're looking for an experienced recruiter to join the business. We specialise in recruitment across the manufacturing sector, particularly in food and drink, partnering with some of the biggest brands in Scotland and the wider UK. This is an opportunity to join an independent recruitment business at an early stage and play a real part in its growth.
You’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, which includes:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Winning and developing new business
- Taking job briefs and advising clients on the market
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Managing interviews, offers and placements
- Developing long term relationships with clients and candidates
Ideally, you’ll have experience managing the full recruitment process. Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food and drink would be useful, but it isn’t essential. The most important thing is that you’re proactive, good with people and care about doing recruitment properly.

There is no ceiling on where this position could go. As Thistle Rose grows, there may be an opportunity to build and lead a team. That isn’t an expectation, though. If you want to remain a hands-on recruiter and focus on building a successful desk, that will be equally valued.
