The Tower Hotel is a 4-star deluxe hotel from the “by Thistle” collection, with 801 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar offering unparalleled views of the River Thames, and 19 meeting rooms also offering stunning views over Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks.

What you’ll be doing

As Cluster M&E & Groups Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our Meetings & Events (M&E) and group business initiatives across our hotels. Your primary focus will be on maximizing revenue through exceptional event planning and execution while building strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients, ensuring that every event reflects our commitment to warm, exceptional hospitality. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process for M&E bookings, from initial inquiries to final execution, working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver outstanding results. Your insights and market knowledge will help identify trends and opportunities for growth, while your organizational skills will ensure that all details are handled meticulously.
