Do you need a flexible working option where you choose your shifts?? Our Flexi-Care option allows you to manage your own availability when you cannot commit to set hours. Offering you the flexibility to do 1,2,3 or more shifts per week. If you are an experienced Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and up to date knowledge of clinical practices whilst delivering person centred care to residents & service users within a Care setting then we would be very interested in hearing from you. As part of our Flexi-Care option we can offer you: Flexible Contracts, with a minimum 1 shift per week Excellent Rate Of Pay £23 per hour Shifts managed via easy to use online rota app Fantastic induction, training, and ongoing support to grow your knowledge within the care industry Company uniform Free Parking on site Opportunities for career progression The Role: As a Nurse within our home, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding care is always provided to our residents. Your role is pivotal to the success of what we do, so coming from a strong clinical background, wed love for you to share your expertise and knowledge across the team and help to further develop our services. You will also provide guidance and leadership to the care team and ensure continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents care are being completed regularly and in a timely manner.
