We are looking for an experienced Roving Chef to join our team.
Working in a Care Home as a Chef can be challenging but rewarding. You will need to adapt meals for residents with different dietary needs and create healthy balanced meals.
You will be responsible for ensuring good nutritional meals are served and may manage supplies, create menus, and ensure the kitchen meets health and safety requirements.
Ideally, you should have experience in a Care Home or commercial kitchen with an SVQ/NVQ qualification. You should enjoy working in a team, in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for providing the best dining experience.
When applying, remember you will be responsible for meal delivery to people in their own home, which requires excellent communication skills and sensitivity to residents\’ needs.
