The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Our Food and Beverage teams have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is available for that day. In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, you will be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do. You will help to drive sales within the F&B department while being an ambassador for Champneys.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the department and ensuring your team are fully briefed on the day’s guests, bookings and food offerings.
  • In conjunction with the F&B Senior Team, responsible for maintaining high standards of professional service at all times in the restaurant areas.
  • Supervising and assigning tasks to ensure the completion of the daily cleaning of the restaurants, service areas and equipment.
  • Ensuring a high level of presentation.
  • Assisting / performing pre-service briefings, and checking daily menus with the senior chef on duty.
  • Ensuring dietary sheets are provided for guests with specific requirements.
  • Supporting F&B Assistants with training and supervising services.
  • Documenting all sales and forwarding all room charge receipts to front of house team to be filed in guest accounts.
  • Ensuring all service staff have a good knowledge of nutrition and adhere to dietary policies.
  • Knowing and understanding guests’ dietary requirements and ensuring all restaurant staff are informed and understand.
