Within this role you will be adaptable to our guest needs and you will enjoy a variety of tasks putting our guests experience first.
Responsibilities
- To ensure that the changing rooms within our Spa and Leisure facility are clean, presentable and free of used items.
- Ensure that all poolside areas are clean and presentable, free of obstruction and is an inviting relaxing space.
- Ensure all public areas within the Spa and Leisure facility are clean and exceptionally presented.
- Use of industrial cleaning machinery to deep clean and maintain the standards across the facility during closing hours.
- Effectively manage used towels and robes by ensuring they are removed from guest areas and washed and dried in a timely manner within the laundry room.
- Ensure effective stock levels of towels/robes are in the spa reception.
- Work to allocated check lists and support where necessary the Spa and Leisure team/ your team with any general requests.
- Uphold high levels of security and communication between management, fellow colleagues and guests.
- App technology for shifts.
