The Laundry Assistant helps give a magic touch to our guests' stay by ensuring that our laundry is clean, stocked, and well presented. The linen items we provide in our business have many uses. Whether it's a fluffy robe or a soft towel, they are iconic during a guest's stay.

As a Laundry Assistant, some of your tasks may include:

  • The collection, transportation, and counting of all linen items to make certain we maintain a sufficient supply in all areas that require linen.
  • To ensure that all linen items are cleaned to the highest standards and are perfectly presented, adding that magic touch to our guest experience.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping, Spa, Wellbeing, and Fitness teams to ensure that their areas are free of dirty items and that stock levels are correct.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and answer customer questions or guide them around the property as needed.
  • When necessary, assist the wider housekeeping team in cleaning rooms and public areas so that guests can relax and unwind in a clean and comfortable environment from the moment they arrive.
