You will support the senior spa team and be an ambassador for this development.

  • Assisting the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team regarding training, standards, and reaching sales targets.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction is at the forefront of what we do, making sure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken at all times.
  • Training your team to the highest standard and assisting our guests with any needs they may have throughout their visit, ensuring they leave wanting more.
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times and supporting your team in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets.

We require you to be qualified in the following:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty
  • Spa Supervisor experience desired but not essential
  • Good overall standard of education
