As a Spa Therapist, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a first-class service and deliver the highest standard of a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.
  • Maximise treatment and retail sales to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service which exceeds guest expectations.

These experts are committed to guiding our therapists to unlock their full potential, providing support in refining skills, conducting consultations, offering homecare advice, and prioritising self-care.

We require candidates to hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification. Massage experience is essential.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

  • To provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, maximising revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets.
  • To provide professional advice to guests via talks and demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events.
  • To carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
  • To follow Champneys protocols and training programs ensuring you are offering the best service to our guests.
  • To be responsible for your working areas and ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean.
  • To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the manager and receptionists on the day's scheduled treatments.

Shift times are: Monday to Sunday 1000 - 1900, 1100 - 2000. Weekends are worked alternatively.
