Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour plus tips

Within our Café you will support the team with taking reservations and effectively managing our tables to maximise revenue. In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, you will be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do. You will also have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is available for that day.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

  • Serve food and drinks both table service and over the counter;
  • Monitor stock levels and stock management;
  • Maintain cleanliness in the Café and follow allergen guidelines;
  • Ensure payments will be accurately posted on guest accounts;
  • Opening and closing duties for the café.

Due to the operating times of this outlet, evenings are not a requirement in this role.
