About The Role
Thistle Care Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting Health Care Assistants to join our team in the Falkirk area. If you are committed to making a meaningful difference in people\’s lives, we would love to hear from you!
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the personal care and overall well‑being of elderly and infirm individuals—our valued Service Users—within the familiarity and comfort of their own homes.
What we are looking for
- Caring and compassionate individuals
- Experience preferred but not essential as full training given
- Reliable and trustworthy team players
- Able to accommodate shift‑based work
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for helping others
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, and it is an essential requirement to register with the SSSC.
