You will be your clients’ advocate across the business, acting as a strategic advisor across your client portfolio, nurturing client relationships and guiding our potential partners into the new era of measurement.
You will be responsible for supporting an expanding Solutions & Delivery function of the business as ThisThat continues to scale. Your focus will be study process and client management, from brand lift study kick off to delivering impactful deliverables- all while collaborating with teams across the business, ensuring we're always in tune with the exciting and ever evolving social landscape to drive excellence.
This role will suit someone who is analytical, passionate about client service, enjoys creative storytelling with data, and has the desire to learn and challenge themselves in a fast-paced start-up environment.

KEY REMIT
- Be responsible for the Brand Lift process from brief to final delivery and debrief.
- Write and set up surveys.
- Manage data collection process liaising with Paid Media team.
- Analyse data and translate results into creative story driven actionable client reports.
- Communication and Innovation
- Become a strategic advisor to your clients, ensuring that you are providing actionable recommendations for their campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director for Client Strategy to drive account growth and impact.
- Regularly communicate with key internal and client stakeholders on your projects, from client requests to project managing, ensuring timely and impactful delivery on brief through to deliverables.
- Regularly collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders- from sales, product, tech, client strategy, marketing, etc. to drive business growth.
- Strategic Approach
- Collaborate with your Strategy Insight Director and wider team members to test client hypotheses, uncover why their marketing campaigns had the impact they did and identify optimisation opportunities within influencer selection, messaging, targeting, and distribution to give our clients ROI over and above competitors.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-4 years of working experience in an insight or research role (social, marketing or media environment is a plus)
- Experience designing and implementing research related to brand lift (desired)Exceptional skills in data analysis, excel, deck creation, and presenting
- Proficiency in quantitative research and/or survey design
- Excellent organisational, time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into plain digestible language for non-research stakeholders
- Strong communication and data visualisation skills; proficiency in Gsuite and Powerpoint is encouraged
- Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
- Desire to learn and perform adjacent function skills, including paid media, content writing, and service design.
- A passion for social media and influencer industry trends
