Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the Brand Lift process from brief to final delivery and debrief - design, write, and set up surveys tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the data collection process in collaboration with the Paid Media team.
  • Analyse data and translate results into creative, story-driven, and actionable client reports.
  • Actively support client PCAs and work as an integrated part of client teams to ensure seamless collaboration and maximum impact.
  • Test client hypotheses, uncover the “why” behind marketing campaign impacts and build actionable blueprints for “what next” using our data to identify optimisation levers with creative, targeting and distribution across the funnel.
  • Support rigorous quality assurance across all insight outputs - from survey setup to data validation and reporting - with attention to detail even under tight timelines.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 4+ years of working experience in an insight or research role (social, marketing or media environment is a plus).
  • Experience designing and implementing research related to brand lift is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience owning client accounts, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional skills in data analysis, excel, deck creation, and presenting.
  • Proficiency in quantitative research and/or survey design.
  • Excellent organisational, time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data into plain digestible language for non-research stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and data visualisation skills; proficiency in Gsuite and Powerpoint is encouraged.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Desire to learn and perform adjacent function skills, including paid media, content writing, and service design.
  • A passion for social media and influencer industry trends.
