The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior International Account Manager to accelerate growth across our global distributor network and strategic export markets. This role will manage and grow distributor and selected retail partnerships across North America, Europe, Asia and China, while also identifying and onboarding new international partners in priority territories. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with operational excellence and international relationship management experience. They must be confident navigating cultural nuances, distributor dynamics, retailer expectations and market complexities across multiple global regions. This is a highly collaborative role requiring close partnership with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory and Product teams to deliver sustainable, profitable international growth.
Sales Responsibilities:
- International Distributor and Retail Account Management
- Act as the lead commercial contact for international distributors and selected retail partners across the USA, Europe, Asia and China.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with distributors, retailers and regional stakeholders to drive sustainable long-term growth.
- Develop and execute joint business plans aligned to company revenue, profitability and brand objectives.
- Lead annual commercial negotiations including targets, margin management, promotional investment and growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance analysis and growth planning with partners.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new international business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and commercial reporting tools.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin or additional European/Asian languages advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
