Company Description

This Won’t End Me (TWEM) is a creative nonprofit raising awareness for endometriosis and menstrual health through art, storytelling, and education. Our work spans exhibitions, workshops, creative campaigns, and educational resources that make menstrual and reproductive health visible, inclusive, and understood. We’re a small but growing cross-country team (UK & Canada) passionate about empowering people to share their stories and advocate for their wellbeing.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Volunteer Administrative & Creative Assistant to support the CEO and wider team in keeping projects, events, and communications organized. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about women’s and menstrual health, and who has either a strong administrative background or qualification, or a creative/graphic design background that they’d like to apply to meaningful advocacy work. You’ll help streamline systems, coordinate schedules, assist with research and outreach, and contribute to creative content and project materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Manage Google Drive folders, calendars, and shared files
    • Assist with meeting scheduling and note-taking
    • Support event logistics and email communications
    • Track project timelines and deliverables
  • Creative & Communications Support
    • Assist with Canva or slide design for social content, proposals, and presentations
    • Draft short copy for events, social posts, or reports
    • Conduct light research on grants, partners, and collaborators

Qualifications

  • Experience in admin, communications, or creative project coordination
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Interest in women’s health, menstrual health, or reproductive wellbeing
  • Comfortable working remotely with a small nonprofit team
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Canva
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Asana, Squarespace, or social media scheduling tools
