Our client is a global organisation that specialises in marketing solutions. They help businesses increase their exposure to potential customers through technology, with a product and industry that is continuously innovating. With their highest performing sales team in London, they are looking to expand the team further with ambitious graduates looking to be Sales Development Representatives.
The company truly invests in their SDRs, offering award-winning training, yearly sales kick offs where you’ll be taken on all expenses trips abroad and a Presidents Club for top performers (where you’ll be flown off to holidays of a lifetime in places like Ibiza). Additionally, you’ll be offered uncapped commission from day 1 and the option to have shares in the business. Their culture is second to none, with regular team socials and nights out.
In your first 12 months, you should expect to achieve 2 promotions, bringing your basic salary up to £40,000 plus commission. There are also plenty of progression routes to management, Account Executive or other sales functions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute on cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for their technology
- Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong demo pipeline for Account Executives via phone and email communications
- Meet weekly and monthly targets
- Complete advanced sales certifications
- Empower and assist leading Fortune 1000 companies with technology
