A rapidly scaling European compliance software scale-up with private equity investment and huge growth plans is seeking a player manager to lead from the front, inspiring a team of 5 BDRs with customers across pharmaceutical, biotech, and private health.

Career progression to Director level within 3 years. Huge investment is going into improving their tech and product development. You will be working with inspirational leaders. It’s an exciting time to join!

Here’s what you’ll be doing in the first 12 months:

  • Driving new revenue in line with the ambitious company vision
  • Building, recruiting, and developing your own BDR team
  • Coaching existing team and helping progress their careers
  • Leading and growing the customer base across the UK, US, and Europe
  • Working closely with the exec team on business strategy
