Unlike most other entry level sales roles, this role won’t involve cold calling, as you’ll be contacting companies that are already paying for services…

The Role

As Client Success Executive, you\’ll be responsible for introducing yourself to current customers as you look to build relationships and introduce new service lines.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach – You’ll be contacting current customers, predominantly using the phone but also by email & LinkedIn.
  • Building Relationships – You’ll be the face of the business and responsible for creating and building long lasting relationships.
  • Research – Before reaching out to customers, you’ll do your due-diligence and background research into the business so you can have the most impact possible when getting in touch.
  • Becoming an Expert – While you won’t be expected to be an expert straight away, you’ll be keeping up to date with new products and releases so you can continue to be credible with your customers.

What’s in it for you?

  • Earning Potential – Your base salary will be £30,000 and you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission on top from day one (OTE of £45,000 in year 1, but it’s completely uncapped).
  • Professional Development – You’ll be enrolled on to the Prime Sales Academy (a 12-week training programme), plus comprehensive technical training from the business and mentorship from successful senior sellers.
  • Progression – In 12-24 months you will be progressing in the role, whether that means becoming a Client Success Manager or progressing the size and complexity of deals you work on.
  • CSR – The business actively contributes a percentage of their profit to charity, highlighting the type of business and organisation you’ll be representing.
  • Culture – Quarterly team socials and a yearly ‘festival’ where all offices come together to celebrate achievements.
