Founded in Manchester over 10 years ago, we have been on a mission to change the perception of sales for graduates. Your Role
- Contact/source graduates looking to take their first step into the professional world after finishing their studies. As a recent graduate, you can relate to them!
- Naturally build rapport and explain to graduates exactly how you can help them find their ideal career
- Utilising job boards and other platforms to connect with graduates searching for their first role out of university
- Consistently updating the CRM system with key information on graduates going through the process
- Organising screenings and interviews with graduates
- Help prepare candidates for our award-winning Training Days and interviews
Working Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday - Thurs (Optional work from home on Mon & Fri - Option to work 9AM-6PM on office days)
Salary: £18K Basic + Uncapped commission
Placement Period: 12 Months
