The Role
As Client Success Executive, you'll be responsible for introducing yourself to current customers as you look to build relationships and introduce new service lines. Responsibilities will include:
- Outreach - You'll be contacting current customers, predominantly using the phone but also by email and LinkedIn.
- Building Relationships - You'll be the face of the business and responsible for creating and building long-lasting relationships.
- Research - Before reaching out to customers, you'll do your due diligence and background research into the business to have the most impact possible when getting in touch.
- Becoming an Expert - While you won't be expected to be an expert straight away, you'll keep up to date with new products and releases to continue being credible with your customers.

- Earning Potential - Your base salary will be £30,000, with the opportunity to earn commission on top from day one (OTE of £45,000 in year 1, but it's completely uncapped).
