This is a hands-on player coach role where the successful hire will personally deliver outbound activity while building and scaling a high performing SDR function. The Role
- Build and execute an outbound sales strategy from the ground up
- Personally carry out SDR activity including calls, emails and outreach
- Generate qualified meetings for experienced Account Directors and BDMs
- Handover leads at meeting stage with no closing responsibility
- Test, refine and document outbound processes and messaging
- Recruit, train and manage SDRs as the function grows
- Work closely with senior leadership to influence future sales structure
Experience Required
- Proven B2B SDR experience is essential
- Strong outbound and door opening capability
- Open to senior SDRs looking to step up or SDR Managers who remain hands on
- Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders
