I'm working with a well-established business within the automotive finance sector that's looking to appoint a Lender Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of lending partners.

The Role
You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of lending partners, building trusted relationships while identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance and streamline processes.
Using performance data and market insight, you'll lead regular business reviews, challenge constructively where improvements are needed, and work cross-functionally to deliver meaningful change.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of lending partners.
- Build credibility with stakeholders at both operational and senior level.
- Lead regular performance review meetings, presenting insights and recommendations.

- Drive initiatives to improve conversion, processes and partner performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to implement operational improvements.
- Support the onboarding of new lending partners.
- Share market insight and contribute to wider commercial discussions.
What We're Looking For
You’ll have experience managing external business relationships and be confident influencing senior stakeholders.
You’ll also have
- 3+ years' experience in relationship, account or partner management.
- Strong commercial awareness and an analytical mindset.
- Experience using data and MI to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Confidence presenting insights using Excel, Power Point and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial services or another regulated industry.
- Understanding of lending, underwriting or consumer finance.
- Experience delivering process improvement or cross-functional change initiatives.
