They are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join their growing team, where you’ll be responsible for driving existing and new business growth across UK, Ireland and Europe.

The role:
- 50/50 split of Account Management and New Business Development
- Managing existing customers, working to ensure renewal and upselling of new opportunities
- Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, driving customer acquisition and expanding their market presence
- Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Marketing) to deliver seamless service and support to clients
- Prospecting and lead generation - Implement a structured approach to prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing new client opportunities, maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-potential clients
- Work with partners like Google and Visa to leverage their networks and expertise in identifying leads
- Attend national and international industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners
Required Experience:
- 1-3 years proven experience as an SDR or Account Manager, ideally within Tech / SaaS but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal abilities in English
- Highly organised and structured
- Resourceful - ability to proactively look for alternative solutions and ways to get things done
- Ability to achieve short-term objectives in the context of long-term goals for you and the company
- Ideally a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline, but not essential.
