Our client is a global Fintech who apply tech to all small-medium size businesses automate financial processes and enhance them. This allows them to transact internationally by eliminating boundaries related to traditional procurement. They have recently received a huge amount of investment which they are pumping into their sales team and they have been recognised for their success with a host of awards including being voted within the 1000 fastest growing business in the globe. They are looking for new graduate business sales people to join their sales academy. In this role you will progress through their world class training and focus on bringing on new clients for the businesses. Great progression and promotion opportunities Huge earning potential with people on 6-figure salaries by Year 3 Company holidays, to the likes of New York, Vegas, Ibiza and throughout Europe You\’ll go straight into their industry leading sales training programme before entering a buzzing sales floor where you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people Create a pipeline of new business through lead generation, cold calling, email prospecting. Utilise their world class lead sourcing technology to help Follow up on leads over the phone and via email, educating and nurturing prospective clients in order to secure their business Build rapport with key decision makers to schedule new business meetings A placement year is ideal but not essential.
