We’re looking for a driven 360 Business Development Manager who thrives in a pure new business, outbound sales environment. This is a full ownership role where you’ll build your own pipeline, open new doors, and close deals end-to-end. If you want warm leads handed to you, this isn’t it. What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and owning your own pipeline from scratch across target sectors
  • Driving outbound activity, referrals, events, and market insight to generate opportunities
  • Running structured discovery conversations and qualifying opportunities properly
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
  • Positioning solutions in a clear, commercially compelling way
  • Identifying cross-sell and expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Working closely with internal teams to scope and progress deals
  • Maintaining accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline management

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years 360 B2B sales experience (you’ve closed deals end-to-end)
  • Strong outbound hunter mindset (not reliant on inbound or warm leads)
  • Experience in professional services or consultative/technical sales preferred
