Our client is a tech-startup reinventing restaurant point-of-sale (POS) software. The company aims to disrupt the archaic and expensive restaurant systems currently being used in the industry.
We are looking for ambitious and highly-motivated Account Executives that will help transform the restaurant industry, one restaurant at a time. You will be tasked with finding new business opportunities, building valuable relationships and signing up restauranters to the software. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a true startup, taking a big role in a small team. Being a founding member, you will drive the transformation from a startup into a successful company.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service, be a reliable professional, and have a results-driven approach. Key attributes of the position would include someone who is excellent when talking to clients face-to-face. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Your responsibilities:
- Sell B2B and achieve target KPIs
- Manage the entire 360 sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Manage your time and build your own pipeline
- Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Demonstrate products to prospective clients either in person or online
- Assist in setting up to new venues
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximise customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs and maintain the company’s reputation
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales role
- Background in hospitality / FMCG industry
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
- Proven track record working with KPIs in a sales setting
- Experience canvassing, face to face sales and cold-calling into various types of local businesses
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
- Enthusiastic, confident, passionate and highly motivated individual
