What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of business development and sales professionals, sharing your expertise and guiding their career development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices across the team.
  • Coach team members on consultative selling, stakeholder management, and complex deal negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to shape the company’s commercial strategy and influence long-term growth.
  • Act as a role model for company values, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales or business development, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or data-driven solutions.
