What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a growing team of business development and sales professionals, sharing your expertise and guiding their career development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices across the team.
- Coach team members on consultative selling, stakeholder management, and complex deal negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape the company’s commercial strategy and influence long-term growth.
- Act as a role model for company values, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
