Our client is a London-based software company that has built an AI-powered platform to help cosmetics businesses management product development, regulatory compliance and data workflows more efficiently. Backed by one of the world\βs leading venture funds, they are now looking for new BDRs to help their expansion in their high-growth scale up phase.
In short, they help beauty and cosmetics companies save time, reduce compliance risk, and supercharge product development by bringing data, workflows and automation together in one intelligent system.
The Opportunity

- Proactively booking product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Generating leads through cold calling, prospecting, and personalised outreach.
- Designing tailored sales cadences to highlight the company\βs unique value proposition.
- Staying informed on industry trends, events, and market opportunities to strengthen your sales approach.
About You
- Highly motivated to build a successful career in sales.
- Strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 or above in an undergraduate degree.
- Previous experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
- Proactive, driven, and resilient.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
