Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and ensure your team hits KPIs
- Identify training needs and deliver coaching to enhance performance
- Collaborate with management to foster a successful and positive team environment
- Run daily/weekly incentives to motivate the team
- Lead from the front with a hands-on, supportive approach
Requirements
- Minimum1 years experiencemanaging outbound-focused sales teams
- ProvenB2B sales managementbackground
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Positive, energetic, and feedback-driven approach
- Comfortable leading by example in a fast-paced environment
