Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and ensure your team hits KPIs
  • Identify training needs and deliver coaching to enhance performance
  • Collaborate with management to foster a successful and positive team environment
  • Run daily/weekly incentives to motivate the team
  • Lead from the front with a hands-on, supportive approach

Requirements

  • Minimum1 years experiencemanaging outbound-focused sales teams
  • ProvenB2B sales managementbackground
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Positive, energetic, and feedback-driven approach
  • Comfortable leading by example in a fast-paced environment
