Field Marketing Manager

We’re working with a growing B2B SaaS business looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead its marketing activity across the UK and Ireland.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering demand generation, campaigns, partnerships and events.

You’ll decide which activity will work within the region, manage the budget and take ideas from initial planning through to delivery and results.

The role

• Own the UK&I regional marketing plan and calendar
• Build and deliver multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads, booked demos and pipeline
• Develop marketing and product partnerships within the accounting and professional services market
• Plan events, roundtables, webinars and partner campaigns as part of the wider strategy
• Work closely with Sales on target accounts, campaign goals and follow-up
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the UK&I market
• Manage the regional budget and report on performance and ROI
• Use customer, sales and market insight to identify new opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Around five years’ experience within B2B SaaS marketing
• Experience across demand generation, regional marketing, partner marketing or field marketing
• Strong end-to-end ownership of campaigns, budgets and results
• Comfortable working within a start-up, scale-up or smaller marketing team
• Able to deliver activity without relying on large budgets or extensive internal resources
• Experience working closely with Sales to generate and progress pipeline
• Proactive experience identifying and developing marketing or product partnerships
• Ideally, experience within accounting software, practice management technology, fintech or another product serving accounting firms
• Based within commuting distance of London and comfortable attending the office three days a week

This would suit someone who wants genuine ownership, enjoys combining strategy with execution and can bring ideas from previous campaigns into a growing UK operation.
