RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT — AI INFRASTRUCTURE (2–4 YEARS EXPERIENCE)

£40,000 base plus Y1 OTE of £108k

Commission: 30% first 3 months (no threshold), 40% thereafter on a quarterly £17500 threshold

WHAT YOUR DESK LOOKS LIKE

A full 360 desk in a defined vertical that nobody else in the business touches. You map the market, you build relationships with founders who reply to their own emails, you find the candidates everyone else is failing to find, and you close deals where a single placement can bill what a UK desk bills in a quarter. No internal politics over accounts. Your niche, your market, your name on it.

Someone with two to four years of agency experience and numbers they're proud enough to say out loud. Tech background helps but isn't required — we care more about hunger and how fast you learn a market than which one you came from. You'll need to work US hours, because that's where the deals happen. Later starts, later finishes, and clients who are wide awake when you call.

And the last Friday of every month is a social, no targets, no shop talk required.
