We’re looking for a broad, adaptable, switched-on IT Systems Engineer to join a growing group business operating in the legal debt recovery sector. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet, and has solid experience across infrastructure, cloud, identity, and end-user support.
You’ll be part of a tight, capable team where your input genuinely matters — not just “following tickets” but solving real problems, improving systems, and helping users get more from their technology.
What You’ll Be Working On- Infrastructure
- Windows Server administration
- Active Directory & Entra Connect
- Group Policy management
- File shares & permissions
- Hyper-V cluster management (Dell SAN-backed)
- Remote Desktop Services
- IIS knowledge (config, troubleshooting)
- M365 administration
- Exchange Online & Hybrid environments
- Entra / Azure AD administration
- Conditional Access policies
- Layer 2 networking
- VLAN configuration
- 2nd/3rd line-style end user support
- Office apps
- Bespoke SQL-backed applications
- Hardware issues & general troubleshooting
- SQL / SQL Server / DBA experience
- Intune MDM
- Basic HTML / ASP editing
- PowerShell scripting
- Supporting users and resolving issues across the group
- Managing & improving infrastructure and cloud services
- Helping the business use technology more effectively
- Troubleshooting a wide range of systems and applications
- Broadly skilled across multiple IT domains
