The cold email infrastructure space is having a moment - and our client has the platform that's quietly powering deliverability for everyone from solo operators to NASDAQ-listed SaaS companies. They're profitable, founder-led, and global from day one (US, India, France, Middle East) with a sub-20 team in Paris.
Now they're hiring their first full-cycle salesperson.
What you'll actually do:
- You're not inheriting a pipeline. You're building it.
- Two motions, both yours end-to-end:
- End-user deals - demos and close with sales teams and lead gen agencies, from solo operators to enterprise.
- Platform partnerships - longer, higher-value cycles with the SalesLofts, Lemlists, and Apollos of the world.
What they need:
- Hunter. You write the cold email, make the call, and generate your own pipeline.
- Startup-proven. You've worked sub-20, or built something yourself. You don't need a playbook.
- Full-cycle SaaS sales experience - comfortable across SMB velocity and enterprise patience.
- Global mindset. Comfortable selling into the US and Europe, not just the UK.
- Native or near-native English (non-negotiable).
- Bonus: sales tech/outbound/MarTech background (Apollo, Lemlist, Gong, Clay, SalesLoft).
The package:
£55-80K base + uncapped commission, meaningful equity, full autonomy to shape the GTM motion, and occasional trips to Paris HQ. This is a founding sales seat at a company that's already winning. You're accelerating the engine, not starting it.
