THE TYPE OF FREELANCERS WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We’re looking to meet exceptional freelance Performance Directors who would like to become part of the GAIN Collective. Our Performance Directors are senior, trusted leaders who take ownership of the performance, profitability and growth of client accounts. Combining strategic thinking, client leadership and team management, they bring clarity and direction to complex performance challenges while ensuring work is delivered effectively and commercially.
As a freelance Performance Director, you may be responsible for:
- Setting integrated performance strategies aligned with clients’ commercial and marketing objectives.
- Advising on channel mix, budget allocation, targets and testing priorities.
- Building trusted client relationships through proactive communication, clear reporting and evidence-led recommendations.
- Identifying growth opportunities across media, creative, CRM, customer experience, conversion and retention.
- Leading and supporting multidisciplinary account teams, providing direction while encouraging collaboration and new ideas.
- Managing resource, scope and account commercials to ensure profitable, efficient delivery.
You’ll be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, bringing both a strategic perspective and the practical leadership needed to turn ideas into measurable results.
