THE ROLE
This is an exciting time as we look to build the GAIN brand Globally - we’re looking to appoint a Brand & Content Lead to this newly formed Marketing team. This is a key role at the heart of GAIN’s marketing engine. You’ll work together with our Marketing Director as well as the five business units, to help put GAIN on the map. The role involves developing a best‑in‑class brand experience, from our visual identity and tone of voice to the content and digital channels that carry them. You’ll ensure our story is told creatively and consistently across social, digital, AV, website and beyond, helping GAIN build awareness, drive engagement, and create meaningful connections with clients and our people alike.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Development & Guardianship
- Partner with the Marketing Director and GAIN Creative Studio to deliver the new GAIN Brand Book defining our identity, tone, and visual system across all touch points.
- Oversee creation of branded toolkits, including social announcement templates, event collateral, and internal agency resources.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent quality, tone and application across the GAIN group and all Business Units.
- Step in to support Business Unit marketing teams when brand or content resources are needed and agreed.
- Lead the development of central AV material from showreels to thought leadership films, creating engaging, best‑practice assets for both the group and individual BUs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver compelling, insight‑led storytelling across digital channels.
- Build and manage a central library of high‑quality content assets and guidelines for consistent use across teams.
- Oversee GAIN’s website ensuring content quality, technical health, and continuous evolution.
- Lead the development of the new GAIN website, shaping its design, structure, UX, and creative execution.
- Design and implement SEO and PPC strategies, driving visibility, engagement, and performance across priority markets and growth areas.
- Manage social media strategy and content calendar — leading on platform strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimisation.
- Stay closely connected to Business Unit marketing activity, identifying content and stories to amplify at group level.
- Seek opportunities for cross‑BU collaboration, creating joint activations or campaigns that elevate the GAIN brand and drive impact.
- Produce and distribute targeted newsletters to discrete audiences, sharing thought leadership, announcements, and internal updates.
- Establish best‑in‑class processes for content production, approvals, and publishing across the group.
- Ensure alignment and efficiency between Marketing, Creative Studio, and Business Units.
- Provide mentorship and joint management of the Marketing Executive, supporting their development and workflow.
- Act as the knowledge hub for brand, content and social best practice across GAIN.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in brand, content, or marketing leadership, within an agency, consultancy, or creative tech environment.
- Deep understanding of brand systems, digital marketing (SEO/PPC/social), and content production across multiple formats.
- Strong creative eye able to translate strategy into standout visual and written execution.
- Experience managing websites, content pipelines, and brand launches with a mix of in‑house and external teams.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, balancing strategic priorities with hands‑on delivery.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, equally comfortable briefing designers, reviewing copy, or reporting results to senior leadership.
- A passion for creating content that inspires, informs, and connects.
