You’ll be hands‑on from day one, coming up with strong ideas, crafting them beautifully, and seeing them through to delivery. You’re as comfortable generating concepts as you are sweating the detail, and you understand how to turn a good idea into great work through informed decisions and strong judgement. This role suits a team ready to take on more responsibility, owning projects, influencing direction, and helping raise the creative standard across the studio while staying curious, generous, and grounded.

    • Balance instinct with insight, understanding why an idea works and how to make it stronger
  • Craft & Execution
    • Deliver high‑quality creative across a range of formats and channels
    • Write with confidence, clarity, and tone; design and art direct with strong visual judgement
    • Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail across every output
    • Ensure work is consistent, considered, and on‑brand at every touchpoint
  • Ownership & Delivery
    • Take ideas from concept to completion, working closely with designers, editors, animators, and production partners
    • Create clear, well‑structured presentations, decks, and toolkits that set work up for success
    • Be actively involved in production, guiding execution and protecting the integrity of the idea
    • Manage multiple work streams with focus, accountability, and momentum
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work closely with strategy, client, and production teams to move projects forward efficiently
    • Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
    • Be a reliable creative partner who is collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑focused
    • Lead by example by getting stuck in, supporting others, and helping elevate the work around you.
  • Cultural & Platform Fluency
    • Stay plugged into culture, including trends, creators, communities, and shifts in how people engage with content
    • Understand how ideas live, travel, and get interpreted across platforms
    • Bring cultural awareness and relevance into your work in a considered and authentic way

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Creative Team or equivalent solo creatives in a creative, social, or content‑led agency environment
  • A strong portfolio showing concept, craft, and consistency across multiple channels
  • Excellent copywriting skills for the copywriter and strong visual thinking for the art director
  • Experience working closely with designers, motion, editors, and other creative specialists
  • Confident presenting ideas and articulating creative thinking with clarity
  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple projects with high expectations.

We think you’ll love this job if you…

  • As a team, you take pride in your work and feel accountable for what you put into the world

  • Stay calm under pressure and bring clarity to fast‑moving projects
  • Are curious, open‑minded, and motivated to keep learning and improving
  • Enjoy collaboration and believe the best work comes from strong, trusting teams
