About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organized UGC Sourcing Specialist to join our network of freelance collaborators. This is a project-based role where you’ll support creative teams by identifying, vetting, and managing content creators aligned with client campaign goals. Ideal for someone who thrives on casting the right talent, building strong creator relationships, and maintaining streamlined processes.

- Strong understanding of UGC trends and creator economies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—you know how to keep pipelines moving and data clean.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re just as confident DM-ing creators as managing internal updates.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Airtable, Monday.com, and/or CRM platforms to manage workflow.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for great content and performance-driven marketing.
